Santos Montoya, Jr. was found guilty by a jury of unlawfully transporting and facilitating the transportation and concealment of a quantity of marihuana, after unlawful importation, in violation of 21 U.S.C. Â§ 176a. He was given a five-year sentence by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. The only question presented on appeal is the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict. We reverse.
